Coming from UK, moving to Poland, looking for job

Hi to everybody.
I am relatively new to Poland having moved here last December to be with my new Polish partner in Myslowice. I am originslly from the UK, but have spent many years in Crete. I am well qualified with two UK degree courses under my belt having spent most of my life in Civil Engineering, but moving to many other occupations. I am computer literate, having spent sometime in Database management, and PC maintenance. I also have experience in property development, and business development. I do not speak Polish (other than dzien dobry), but am anxious to learn. I am 60 years old but have a lot of energy.
If anyone can offer any help, I would be grateful.

I have just moved to Bielsko its not so far from you.
Hope you are getting on OK.
My wife is polish and i am British we have been living in Germany for the past ten years. Its time for a change.
Do you or have you ever played golf? I played a little years ago,there is a course not so far away from you in Pszczyna maybe we could meet up?
