polomintz: EXPERIENCED GRAPHIC DESIGNER, As long as his English is reasonable he should have no problem finding a job...Have a look on the internet for agencies in the area he wants to go to...and get his details to the jobcentres too..

Try elsewhere, I don't think many potential employers look in here. Gumtree, s1jobs, scotcareers etc...
