delphiandomine: First things first - being a native English speaker in Wroclaw is nothing special. The place is full of them, after someone started to hype it as 'the new Krakow'. I don't see the charm personally, but whatever. Basic Polish means you won't be getting any good jobs in management - and 25 management experience? What does that mean? And if you can't spell basic words in English, yet alone in Polish, no-one is going to jump to offer you a job. Using all capitals is also incredibly unprofessional and impolite. You would be suprised at the jobs available, for non polish speakers, go for the international companies where the main language in the office is english and i'm sure you'll be fine, If you've got the right image and the gift of the gab then you will go far!
delphian, poznan is full of Brits and Americans and you managed to find a job? How does that differ?
I'm 25 and I have management experience, in fact every job I had until I started working for myself has been in Middle management with the exception of the work i did whilst I was studying, When I was 21 I had a sales team working below me and now I have around 60 - 70 very educated professional working for me,
I agree with you on a lot of points but on this occasion I think your post was somewhat harsh tbh.
