Polonius3: Can any Cracovian confirm or refute the claim that low-lives have taken over Old Royal Kraków? Truth or just more typical more journalistic hype?
I don't know about beggars, but for a number of years Krakow at the weekend has been plagued with the scum of the earth: English stag parties. Although my preferred solution (reopening Auschwitz and making full use of it to deal with them) is unlikely to be adopted, I have no idea why the authorities in Krakow tolerate those drunken morons: the city has a functioning drunk tank, so why don't they use it?
