Need help buying from a polish website (allegro)

So I hear this webpage (allegro.pl) is really popular in Poland. I found some really good looking and the right size rims(finding nice alloys is not hard, but I have a small car so finding the right size is very hard!) from this site. Using google translator I found out that I must "activate" or do something with my account which required a bank account in one of the given banks. Problem is none of the banks listed exist in my country. How can I buy from there? Do they ship things abroad?

Minimality, you should also be aware of that not all of allegro traders ship to other countries then Poland, it should usually be stated in their profiles or/and in their auctions.
You should also somehow translate and read those regulations ; )

I just remember that before you can use your account they also send you a snail mail with some information about activating your account and stuff like that. That is also to ensure that the address data that you have used are valid..
