As I say though, your opinion is your opinion...I would invite you to work with me for a week to see what kind of work we actually do and how much time and effort it does actually take.

That is such an old myth...trust me those are NOT the jobs that Polish people are doing here, I have said it before so sorry if I am repeating myself, but Polish workers in UK are electricians, dental receptionists, supermarket workers, insurance sales ppl, doctors, nurses, etc etc. It's time for this silly cliche of "Polish workers do jobs that Brits don't want" to be knocked on the head for good. Oh and Polomintz nobody can read your posts. Maybe put them in a normal readable font?

Well delphiandomine, sorry for my late reply....However, For your information, I have a very good job where I educated for it. I work in Insolvency, this is actually a very reputable job...Not just a job in call centre, or a "debt recovery" office, but I mean a top Insolvency Practitioner Firm. Now based on that, I STILL do not live an exuberant life....I have a flat with a mortgage, i DO NOT have a plasma tv, DO NOT have a game console, and DO NOT have any of the other luxuries...Why, cos I don't want them, and I don't have money to buy them....Why don't I have money to buy them?? - Cos my money goes on bills...Just like Shelley has already told you. I am a harding working citizen and like Shelley says, you are confusing chavs who have not done a days work in their life, to someone like I who has worked for every penny I have....and its still not enough to lead a DECENT life. I live from month to month, even on my GOOD wages. So, in summary, if we want a decent life, then we can have it...We do have a right to that, and I do work hard for it. So quit being so obnoxious and catergorising everyone in the same boat as apparently what you believe to be "correct". I am not a chav, and I am not a high flyer, but I am educated and STILL DO NOT lead a life of luxuries, even on money above the minimum wage. It's alright for foreigners to come here and go on benefits though aint it....and support all their family here, and send our economy money back to their country to help family there....Why should us decent tax payers be paying for that?????? - In summary, if we didnt have all the scroungers (English and Foreign) us educated people would have more money to live on. Instead we have to fund them claiming benefits in OUR COUNTRY. Sick and tired of political correctness....The Australian president got it right....If you don't like it, pack your bags and go back to your own country....It's our country and what we think and feel is our right, its our society, not yours.

This requires 12 months work history in the UK, along with a hell of a wait (it was up to 18 months last summer!) for it to be processed. Likewise, these EVIL ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS can't actually claim benefits because..you know, they're actually illegal and don't want people to know that they're in the UK. Sort your own house out before you start blaming others. Why don't you insist that people claiming JSA have to work full weeks, for instance? Or even better - why do you tolerate children with ADHD (which is subjective as hell!) being given disability benefits? Or even better still, why do you tolerate paying for more than 1 room studio flats for families where the parents refuse to work? Heck, you pay child benefit to non-UK citizens without even checking up on the child - wouldn't it make sense to link Child Benefit payments to school attendance?

Thank you Wroclaw guy, my sentiments exactly on most of your comments, particularly your final point about over stretched resources, that i as a tax payer am funding...Yet when i am made redundant etc etc, getting benefits to help me is a mission, yet foreigners seemed to get handed it on a plate (or so it would appear). Actually delphiandomine, I know Russians, and Poles through my POLISH boyfriend and they got help from the local council straight away, as soon as they cry poverty...So, I am educated enough, and eyes wide open enough to see how "lying" can get you everywhere apparently. (That goes for English to). Thats another matter though..I hate benefit bungees...Probably because I have been bought up to respect money, respect what I have and work for what I have. I am not saying everyone should not get benefits, I am saying the people who do it on purpose to avoid work. So your 12 months of work history...I think is "pants" basically, because i have witnessed in person the russians and poles claiming poverty and claiming through the local council...Please explain that one should you dare????? My opinion is....Sorry you're life is so sht back home in your own country, but please, respect our country, and respect that you can't be money grubbers over here....If you don't like our ways, our culture etc etc etc, then OFF YOU GO!! The amount of hassle we get from polish and other foreigners in incredible, then we get accused of being too hard, not politically correct, or racist....Well...tough, get over it, dont come here.... America got it right, either become a citizen or get a sponsor to say they will support you, should your money turn to sht whilst living here.

You cant justify £200 / hour for answering telephone calls. I am a creditor of a rogue director and the pot of money that was initially available has been substantially reduced mainly by the Insolvency practitoners. Im fcuking furious. Id rather they didnt do so much work just say OK heres a settlement fee, give the option!! take it if you want otherwise well battle the rest out in court and here are the absolute facts. Insolvency is a great business to be in especially at this time, legal theft i say!! Ive got the report from the insolvency company just to the left of my desk right now and i dont even want to look at it. The charges are hurrendous, £350 / hour being fairly common. Thats my fcukin money.
