I know who's Rıza Pehlevi. US's behaviours and reactions on its foreign policy has changed since the revolution of Iran. You don't have to google this, just think, thinking is what you don't have I guess. Appearently, you behave according to what you hear and google.

Obviously, you are a "holy" supporter of akp (or should I write AKP?). Good luck.

My last words to you, you may take these as a suggestion: live by religion, manage by humanity.

Vast majority is in the Asian part.

Guy needs to take additional class of geography.

Russia - almost 75% is in Asia; 25% in Europe. 78% of people live in European part, 22% respectively in Asian one.

Huh? last i checked only a little tiny part of the country lies in the european side, the rest is Asia.

And what Russia concerns, geographically 20% is only in Europe the rest is asia.

So both are stucked in a very odd situation..

Did you misuse the term "odd" or try to beat Seanus' record or what?..

trying desperately to be europe

Who said that? :)

Besides, the factor that should be really taken into consideration is where people actually live.

That's indeed a tought one...but in comparison with turkey, you russia have a huge portion of land in the european side. Turkey has a minusculous area...

Yes, today it is so. In 17th century all the Balkans, Hungary, some parts of Ukraine and Russia were Turkish soil.

But today If you consider Georgia, Armenia and Azarbaycan, some parts of Russia and even Kazakhistan in Europe, then all the land of Turkey might be considered in Europe.

Anyway, as I told before I hope Turkey will not enter EU.

I suspect most of people living in European part of Russia (78% as I already noted) consider themselves Europeans, however being partially in Asia reckoned here as an advantage since we may simultaneously deal with Europe and Asia, borrow and joint entrepreneurship sense of Europe and wise of Asia (which being frank hardly works... lol). This is fair, BB. :)
If you want to know my opinion - I want to see my country in the EU as I'm myself closer to European values rather than Asian ones. I should say Asia doesn't attract me at all. That's fair too... :)

Mr. LoneStranger is justified. :)

As for you... it should be demographic lesson, not geographic. Geographically Russia is mostly in Asia, and lesser in Europe.

22% is not a bad number.
78% who live in Europe, cannot deny that they live in Russia...while 75% is in Asia...theirfore :), it can be said that each Russian is made up of 75% Asian clay (as God made man by clay :) ).

LTB, we already talked about that with you. You may use search to freshen it up in your mind. Our discussion ended up with no result last time, nor it gets another outcome this time. Practically you want me to take on trust the theory I don't share. I suggest you coming up with any arguments, including DNA test or smth to back your theory up. I already posted on this board DNA researches of American and Russian scientists.
Again your point is clear... Thank you for your point. Yet let people choose on their own what to believe. Fair enough? :)

P.S. I foresee the "inferiority complex"-stuff and kindly ask to spare me that.

Mmm.. and one more point FYI. In the beginning of the last century, the demographic diversity between European and Asian part of Russia was six time bigger. 3-5% against 95-97% which means Russians moved from West to East originating in the crandle of Wends and that's actually why we're so similar.
Btw Russia in Finnish Venäjä.

LTB, that's childish and not serious. I don't bear any envious feelings about that and wish you to prosper within the EU. Your contemptuous attitude towards Russia shines through all of your words and prevents you to read my message the way they are. Mind you I'm not saying your attitude is groundless...

I think that Europe is neither place for Turkey or Russia.
Maybe with the exception of the Constantinople!

Oh no its not :).

I got a plan. Why dont you deny the Asians altogether, from being your part and part of Russia. Just say... "its out colony" :). Promise I'll keep it a secret ;)...

Oh and this will also remove the ever present shame/burden that every Russian have on themselves due to their brothers in the East (sorry... their subjects!). Then maybe oneday your dream of truly being accepted as EUROPEAN will prevail :).

Every Russian loves to be called a EUROPEAN! I know...

Do you like to be called an Asian aswell?... How does is sound? "Hey Asian Shasha... !!! How are you dude!!...how is weather back in Asia dude :)"

Essentially it might be called this way, although the more exhaustive definition would be "taken lands". Don't worry most of them are inhabitable to say nothing about using them for agriculture needs. You had lands too... but you lost them... still you're proud member of the EU, right? That's the life bud: some dictate, some are being dictated.

My Tatar friends seem to be more conscious and reasonable than you. Yet I'm currently not on tatarstan.ru but on PF. Is this possible?

Just tell me where I'm supposed to smile here. Your sense of humour is very unusual (putting it mildly) for Polish people.

if possible, so called west would in a blink of an eye exterminate in genocide all Russians- man, woman and children. Only some woman which eventualy survive massacres would finish as sex slaves all over the world.

Then, so called west would deal with other Slavs.

Now, don`t get me wrong.... No, i don`t want to say that Russia protecting rest of the Slavs. No, its not about that. Its not the case.

Simple, rest of the Slavs live in some balance between Russia and hostile so called west and Muslim world. Without Russia, balance wouldn`t exist and so, all other Slavs would be erased (assimilated and exterminated) just after so called west finish with Russia.

for now, we- Slavs live... some of us even live as proud Slavs... but, how long.?? I mean, greedy monsters don`t sleep
