WP.PL EMAIL HACKED is there any way to check who has accessed it and when?

Hi there. Not sure how, but it seems someone has managed to guess my password for my email account http://www.wp.pl/. Is there anyway I can see if someone accessed my account, or when they last signed in . . . if indeed anybody did ? Thanks in advance

you should contact the admin/supervisor of the mail server (they should have previous login data) it is not that rare that wp.pl mail is being hacked - I have heard stories about that - I often go to wp.pl chat rooms

How do you know somebody has done this? Did they send messages from your e-mail address to anybody?

you may also have a virus or a trojan horse on your computer.. if you do have one, changing your email account won't help, have you thought of such a possbility? There are no mail servers resistant to user-end mistakes. Leaving any important data on your email account, hell, even on your local hard drive isn't the best idea, if you really have to storage stuff like that have a special pen drive, sd card or a dvd..

Are you sure it was not simply a display problem ? I already experienced this on the WP webmail : in the left column (where there is the mailbox list), the quantity of unread messages is inferior to the quantity of messages which subject is displayed with bold characters. So it looks like a message was not read while in fact I already read it on my previous session, probably because some HTML code is stored in the browser cache and not correctly renewed, but after one or two session it's OK. Maybe you experienced the other way round. An unread message appears as read, for some reason... You can check yourself when was the last logging on to the webmail by clicking on Opcje -> Parametry konta (on the left) -> then read Ostatnia wizyta on the right.
