Anyone Want 400 books for free????

Hi All, I have in my flat in Poznan somewhere around 400 books all in English. The vast majority are non fiction and include a wide range of subjects from sport to childrens and gardening to massage!! Being honest these are not the best books in the world but if anyone wants them you can have them for nothing as long as you collect. They must be gone by Thursday, so if anyone is interested post here or pm me. By the way most of these books are hardback so they weigh quite a bit!!!!

I'll have some, we have loads of book shelves and no books to put on them, Also books in your flat make you look intelligent :D Which district are you in?

If you can't find anyone you can always sell them to a second hand bookshop, I'm pretty sure there's a few of them in Poznań.

If you want a hand with transporting them, we could easily give you a hand? Should be no bother to take them all between us if it makes it easier for him? I'm sure Jodie wouldn't mind having a nice library... :D

There is a bookshop on the Stary Rynek beside dom vikingow restaurant - (god my spelling is awful) they have a good secondhand english section, they may take everything and may even pay you for the books.

Ok thanks for that. I know where the shop is. I didn't realise they had a second hand section. Any idea how much they charge for second hand books?

Englishpoznan: Any idea how much they charge for second hand books? In the U.S. I usually find used books starting at $1.00 & up. The second hand store will probably only pay you pennies on the dollar, unless they're all very rare books and in excellent condition. Honk if you love PF :)

The books i bought second hand were in good condition and not so much off the original price thats not overly helpful i'm afraid!!!
