Elementary School syllabus in English

Hi!

Does anyone know where I could find the syllabus of the elementary school in Poland. Preferably in English.

My main interest is the syllabus in English (as a second language that is).

Isn't it pretty individual? I know when I worked in a school I was just told to choose a book relevant to the students' level(s).

I had to write a harmonogram (plan of the classes) but certain publishers write these for their books (I think Longman being one) with Polish schools in mind.
