polish people in melbourne!!! i need help getting my friend a visa!

hello,

i have a polish friend, born and grew up in balystok, who has been living in the uk for 3 years now, shes hoping to come to melbourne australia - to live and work here.

how possible is this? are there any polish people here living and working in melbourne who can help me out... let me know how they did it.
