Divorce procedure ( Indian man from polish woman who got married in ireland )

hiya,

can anybody expain what is the procedure to get divorce from a indian man who got married to polish woman in irelan.he is currently in ireland and she is living in poland with his child.

lets just agree that this guy would not be wanted anywhere, Poland, UK, Ireland flippin Japan probably, let him go home to India and be done with it :)
