irishdeano: well you see some have started a new life here, bought everything for there houses, bought cars, maybe even bought houses here, Alot of things would make them stay, next pointer alot have paid there taxes and have a right to claim it. Wrong wrong wrong wrong! Now, take in to account that 38% of workers in Ireland pay no P.A.Y.E. tax. That includes a proportion of the Irish population but mostly foreigners, it must be acknowledged. Not only that, but when one factors in Children Allowance [not to mention Medical Card, Council House, Unemployment Benefit/Assistance etc. etc. ], an even greater proportion of the immigrant population are effective net beneficiaries of public largess. Which means middle-to-high income earners. Who pays?
