Nothing quite like a justification ;) I wonder how Polish kabanosy would be received in the UK. I guess you can buy them in the ubiquitous Polish delis.

Probably not that well.

I prefer chorizo or some of the French sausages (cured), Ive tried the Polish stuff but it's not to my liking, niether was it to any of my friends (who have been to Poland). Give me a herby Cumberland any day of the week ;0)

Herby Cumberland sounds code for something else ;) No offence but I don't think you've tried half of the Polish stuff. There is such a variety here.

They sell it in Co-Op Food shops and it sells pretty well. That might just be Polish customers though!

Anyone got any idea if Kindziuk will be making it over to these shores? I keep nagging my local Polish shops but still no sign...

Polish food is great but i just cant seem to see eye to eye with 95% of Kie³basa, it looks great and tasty but everytime it touches the palet its a big no. Flaki is another i just cant stomach, disgusting.

There are some good ones with cheese but not good for the waistline. There are some foods like that, pleasing on the eye but a big let down.

I like some polish food, but most of it i find quite bland. Bigos is just something i have never agreed with. When they use preserved cabbage it makes it taste like chewing on incontinent grannies pair of knickers :/

They sell it my local Sainsbury's and Aldi and it sells well. There is a large Polish community in the area but I've seen locals pick up the various Polish meats. My local grocer has a small selection of Polish meats too and he says he sells them OK.
