I am a Polish Student working in Scotland for the summer holidays. My employer and I are not sure if I need to register for the Workers Registration Scheme. Can anyone tell me if I need to. I will only be here for 2 months. Also my sister is studying in Scotland and wants to work. Does she need to apply to even if she is a student?

You have to, even if you work for a short period, unless your employer is a company outside of the UK
