As part of my MSc dissertation I am interested in finding out the views of the Polish community living in the UK regarding public library service provision in the UK. In particular I would like to know the opinions and experiences of using the service regarding the collection, staff, facilities, how you are made aware of the service, what you use the library for, and what recommendation you have to improve the service. I would be very grateful for your comments.
