Sending money from Scotland(Aberdeen) to Poland

Hi, I was wondering what resources there are that allow an individual to send money from Scotland to Poland. Western Union? Paypal? WHich one is the best?

Paypal is good method just send the money with your card number and the money will be able to Poland.

Just thought if you're still looking for the cheapest way to get money abroad from the UK, maybe you could try a prepaid credit card like Escape MasterCard?
