Celina's in St Clair Shores.

I think Pyza is closed now, unless it moved from the Utica location.

It closed about a month or 2 ago. I guess the owner got sick. I live very close to it. It was closed when I came back from Poland a month ago. :-(

In the other end of the same strip mall there is a great middle eastern restaurant.

Dunno if I mentioend this earlier, but if you get up to Bay City (100miles/160km north of Detroit) be sure to visit Krzysiak's House Restaurant.

That's probably a little far from our current agenda, but I'll be in MI monday and I can't wait. Thanks for the suggestions on restaurants and other MI attractions.

Pyza is closed :( They went out of business. It's too bad.. I used to eat there at least twice a week.

We had an awesome trip. Went to polish market and general store in Troy, Warwel (sp?) across the street. Also went to Hamtramck and polish village cafe. And of course Grandma's house!

I gained 11 lbs in a week. hahaha. Time to hit the gym.

Bought a lot of Polish items and food that are non-existant here in NM. I wish I was still in MI. Bad economy in MI > normal economy in NM.

Three Brothers in Plymouth MI, (commonly known as "Tree Brovers"). Not much of an "atmosphere" (don't expect candle lights or waiters in tuxedos). But DO expect some fantastic food, family friendly service with very affordable prices.

One bad thing about Three Brothers: sometimes you have to wait a little bit to get a seat, there maybe a line, the parking lot maybe full. But it's well worth the wait, that's for sure.
