Game more common in Polish than US eateries?

From spot observations I get the impression that a great many Polish restaurants have game dishes (quail, boar, venison, hare, etc.) on their menus, whereas in the States it is a rarity. Dunno what things are like in Wyoming, Montana or Alaska, but in the Midwest this is definitely the case. Anyone here agree or disagree?

Maybe in the restaurants I don't frequent. Or possibly at certain times of the year in specific eateries

It is a conspiracy of the Big Food Conglomerates. They are poisoning us with their addictive Big Mac Meal Combos.

There are fine dining restaurants in Mississauga / Brampton that usually put on a big game fest during the fall season. I have enjoyed them on several occasions. It is definitely a treat.
