Marrying a Polish girl in the US and moving to Poland

My Polish girlfriend is coming here to the US in July and we will get married. We plan to move to Poland in early September. My question is, will the Polish government recognize the marriage? I want to work in Poland once we get there as a teacher of English as a second language.

Yes - your marriage will be valid in Poland, but no - you might not be able to get an employment just anywhere, unless you don't plan on paying taxes...

If that's a slam on Bush or Tony Snow, then I don't like that because you're not being fair. Do you think that Bush wanted to just snatch anyone up for saying something at random or something stupid. After 9/11, things changed; just like after the Great Depression of 1929, things changed with Jewish-gentile relationships in every country, including Polania.
