It's tough for my family because we always ache for Polishf food and we have to drive to NJ for a QUALITY Polish Grocery Store. Is the one in Drums a quality store (meaning a big selection, always stocked, fresh stuff.). Any tips could really help!!!

Well if you want to take a trip down I-81 you can try here I would personally give it 4 Stars out of 5 (Nothing quite like homemade) but they do make everything there. Jagodzianka Deli on Scott Street, Wilkes Barre. Check to be sure it's still open, as my last visit there was in 2004 or 5, when I attended a distant relative's wedding in the area.

not sure how far you are from pittsburgh but there are two places selling polish food. I think they are working on mailing fresh meat products to customers. sd polish deli alfreds deli plus Both stores have websites You can easily find them on google.
