Robert Dziekanski Protest in Vancouver - Let's Organize!

After more than a year of review, no charges will be laid against four RCMP officers after the death of Robert Dziekanski at YVR.

The Crown says expert opinion determines sudden death following restraint, something the Crown says is fairly common as what led to his death. Stan Lowe with the Crown says the four Mounties involved followed protocol at the airport, that day.

"Charges happened in this case was undertaken by, and reviewed, by three levels of executive management within the Criminal Justice Branch. The reviews were unanimous in the conclusion. There is a substantial body of independent evidence, which supports that the officers in question were lawfully engaged in their duties when they encountered Mr. Dziekanski."

I am not Polish and will not forget. The four RCMP constables must face trial for manslaughter or the RCMP's reputation will be stained permanantly with Mr Dziekanski's death. R. P. MacKay

Wroclaw: He was burried last Saturday. yes, I saw it on TV. I haven't been following the news but as far as aI am concerned, those RCMP constables haven't been brought to trial and a couple of more teaser related deaths happened just last week.

You are a lone wolf on this one. Don't you understand the mark, ;)? The verdict was terrible, I agree. Filios, I enjoyed writing to you but you became really tense. Many wrote me about how you had changed and gotten sth up yo ass. Relax man, I actually like you. I don't care how you feel about me. In real life, I'm way different. My true feelings are that this was a travesty of justice. Authorities protecting themselves again. I like my cynicism tho ;)
