hello everyone. I need help... ok here is the deal.. I meet wonderful women 2 years ago and we know already we wanna spend our life eachother but... my student visa is expired and im illegal now. So we decided we get merried then i can be legall go back to school find work bla bla bla.. We want to get married for now without church and very quietly just for make me legall here. My question is if this is possible and where we can go?? Where i can find place to get married without church? please help me

you have to get a marriage permit ( in the court)... then get married (in the court)... and you'll receive a marriage license by mail (from a court)... i think :/

friko22: what kind of permit u talking about? where are you living? some states have a local courthouse where they have the marriage liscense and a justice of peace right there to marry you. its pretty easy, but there is a fee for this so depends on the state .. Ohio has courthouses to get married in jiffy and so does indiana.. not sure where else.

It's the expiration date on the I-94 that controls the length of stay. If you were admitted as an F-1 student, then you were admitted for "duration of status." Once you have completed your studies, you have 30 days to depart the U.S. If you have a U.S. citizen fiance, that person may submit a form I-129f to CIS to petition for you as her fiance. If the petition is approved, you could apply for the fiance visa in your home country at the U.S. consulate. If you failed to depart the U.S. after you completed your studies and married your fiance inside the U.S., your US citizen spouse would have to file form I-130 to petition for you as an immediate relative. You would have to file form I-485 to apply for adjustment of status. If you went the adjustment of status route, you would be trapped inside the U.S. until your green card was issued. So, if you want to do it the quick and least expensive way and see your friends and family back home, go for the fiance visa. If you don't mind the added expense and extra aggravations of adjusting status, you can stay in the U.S. and try it.

I have got F-1 visa from Poland it was work and travel program.. after when i finish my contract work in US i decided to stay in US and im became ilegall emigrant. I have been planing stay here few mounths over my visa but.. i meet my girlfriend we follow in love. She is ready to marry me and make me legall also US citizen but im scare if i make some mestake processing my status i will be deported even we will be married already witch i dont want to this happen.. I know also my f1 visa is expired and if I start apllying for green card something bad can happen..

I dont know for sure but when you apply for legal immigrant status after marriage surely they will check your current status. that being illegal then I would think you would have a problem...
