personal or commmercial reasons: if personal - there are polish delicatesson which should carry some. Commercial - I wouldn't know - google is your only hope

I would- most of the Polish delis carry them, although they are not that fresh, I personally love them too, only when I am in Krakow

Yeah...me too. They were selling some in Poz while I weas there. I managed to get a couple maybe 2 days before I left. I wrapped them in paper really tight and put them in a plastic bag. I figured that I can store them in my snowboard bag and they'll stay cold on the jet..only 9 hrs. Well, they ended up losing that bag and I had to wait 3 days and by then it smelled rank.

I believe that La Fromagerie in London may have it in season (April - October) and there's only 1 producer who has all the permits to be able to export it, so if you find out of season or unmarked then it's unlikely to be the real thing.

Just make sure it's the real thing. I understand there are many out there made to look like the original but are fake.

I had eaten "oscypek", when I was being in Pieniny mountains. "Oscypek" was O.K. The best "oscypek" is produce on a base of traditional polish highlanders recepture from sheep milk. In US are some polish shops, where can buy a "oscypek".

What do you mean? I've read about how it's made, and it seemed okay. Am I missing something?
