Stay away from big real estate comp. as Partnery and Tyszkiewicz Nieruchomosci. Wasting time and money..What exactly are you looking for? There is many websites you can browse and find some flat "sale by owner". If you need help, let me know. :)

There is a thread in Housing and Accomodation, which mentions a company called. Orlex. near the Tri-city, just google. Orlex.
