Need help to transfer the deeds

Hello,

Got marries 2 years ago in Poznan Poland,
My wife has decided to leave me,
what I'm need to know is,

We purchased so land few sq meters while we were married, this land is in her name i need to know what are my legal rights to this land and how to transfer the deeds to this land into joint names.

so she can not sell or transfer the land into another name with out my consent.
as i don't want to sell this land until the 4 years are up.

Any advise or help would be nice

Doesn't matter that it's in her name. As it was acquired during the time that you were married, it is counted as a joint asset and therefore can not be sold by her without your consent.

With that said, please note that I am not a qualified Polish lawyer and you should really speak to somebody who is.

If this land is worth more than a couple of hundred zlots you really should get proper professional advice. I do have more than a vague clue what I'm talking about because we handle cases like this but you can't sue me if I'm wrong. Go and see a professional, it'll only cost a couple of hundred zlots and if it all goes tits up you can sue the git.
