In my opinion this would be a fairly good time to take a Euro loan on a Polish asset but not the best, its a huge gamble either way. The Euro is low right now against the PLN but may get lower. Who knows?

That is why we decided to write a short article about it. have you read it.
it is true that it is a gamble but as far the euro is above 4 pln i will be recommending euro loans. if it will be lower i would think twice if it is worth to take a risk

Very similar indeed, they seem like a good idea at the time but you soon get fed up of paying for them. :-)

i have general question. if you had a cash would you bought a property now?
this could show us if the crisis is over or not.

I would not buy it now. i would wait one more year. there is too many job loses and i think we will hear again about crisis soon. what do you think?

In this article, you assume that the adoption rate for the PLN when its will be switched to Euro, will be 3.6

I wonder where this information comes from ?!

If this will be the case, any investment in Poland will be profitable, but this is just speculation

that is true that it is speculation

data are given by government but it is a wish now...
