Actually this would be very useful for those of us planning to move to Poland soon. It's difficult as I'm not yet fluent in Polish to decide which town/area to move to although I know roughly which area I would like to be in. Good idea - but not much enthusiasm !!

How can you recommend strzelecki-nieruchomosci.gratka.pl/oferty/
They are not a sound business. To be able to sell their flats they trample on the rights of other people. In buildings where they provide house management services they are capable of turning off gas (heating) pipe of old people flats and make them freeze several days in order that the people do what they want.

Hi rental property in Gdansk will cost around 1200 pzl - 1500 pzl a month, stay clear of agents as they will charge quite a lot in fee's, it is much better to just look in the local papers. We looked at quite a few places a couple of months ago, this was an average price. If you go outside the city's and try some of the large towns outside like Wejherowo or Kartuzy, then the price can drop by as much as a half!!! BUT althouth the roads are better in Poland than they were, they are very busy and getting around by car can be slow. Train and bus are really, really cheap. For me Gdynia is an excellent place to live.
