It depends how much you pay for the flats and how much you rent them out for... more information needed for an accurate answer.

I think the "designer" bit in "designer apartment" is like the "bed" in "live bed show" :) 2400zl/month 58m2 My house in England is about the same size as that; I pay a lot less, and I earn 4x as much as a Pole. Who the hell would pay that, except some stupid ex-pat? And who in God's name would want to move to Katowice anyway???? lmao!

These are huge price for Katowice ,don't you think ? I strongly advise you to lower your rents by 30 % or 35 % if you wish to rent your flats. Katowice is not Krakow, Warszawa or Wroclaw!
