Room for one person in Bródno District

Hello;

Although the flat is in Bródno, you can get to the city center by just one tram. Number 4 or 1. It takes about 30mins. I need to take a piece of advice. There's a small room for one person in a flat. Flat is fully furnished, actually fully equipped. There's cable TV and internet. You should share the flat with the son of the landlord. The size of the room that you should live is about 10-15 m^2. You can use the other rooms of course, but you should sleep in that room. And the price for that one person is 1200zl.

What do you think about the price pondering the circumstances?

they are using you to pay for the flat and the son's upkeep. i'd go elsewhere... i'd still be paying for the flat, but i'd feel more comfortable.

I'm not still paying for anything. Honestly, I got the same sentiments. If their son does shopping for me, that's OK. I can pay that price. Their son is quite introverted as well as his father. He doesn't talk to me unless I talk to him. Conversely, his mother is such a cute and nice lady.

I think Wroclaw is saying it is a rip off. You could get the same apartment without the creepy son for the same money.

You could live in London for that, and get a room twice the size.

Yes, I'm aware of the situation. But, the point is that I'm not Polish, so I cannot speak Polish. It's not so easy to search for new flats. Besides, it's been one week since I came here. I don't know many people around here yet.

That far out you can get a 40 metre flat to yourself for that kind of money. Check www.domiportal.pl or www.trader.pl
