Want to start building next year and trying to sort my budget out

Hi, I recently bought a nice piece of land near Siedlce and we have pretty much decided on the house design. I was thinking of a plan from dobry-dom.pl. Has anybody had experience with this type of plan from a website, or are they to be stayed away from? The house plan is "ariel" + if anybody knows the rough price to complete a house like this to a good standard would be much obliged. At least this way i will know if the builders are trying to stroke me John
