Wroclaw Agents and Prices

Hi, I am looking for some good real estate agents to represent me in Wroclaw. I have a significant number (more than 20) of apartments that I will be reselling in "Corte Verona" on Ulica Grabinszynska when the development completes in 4 months. I haven't been to Wroclaw for sometime now and am wondering what sort of monthly rental income I could achieve for these units and what selling price I could achieve? I was thinking along the lines of 6500zl/netto.....how does that sound? Rgds Ger
