I'm very nervous about meeting the extended family! (Any tips or warnings?)

I recently married a young polish man and I'm very nervous about meeting the extended family! I'm very concerned because I am african american. Any tips or warning should I be aware of? Anything will help. Again thanks ahead of time!

I have been reading other threads trying to get feel of other people and their views and I must say I'm not very excited anymore lol! In the military I'm not use to discrimination I think i'm in for a wild ride!
