They both lie - FACT. (Obviously not everyone lies but in general men and women lie as much as each other).

Do you think it is better to tell the truth even though the truth may hurt someone's feelings when it's not necessary for them to be hurt or do you think you should withold the truth to spare them from pain? Just for the record, I'm not talking about something like not telling your significant other you cheated on them because you know it will hurt them, rather something harmless, like maybe your ex wrote you a sms or an email and you know you have no feelings for this person anymore, but if you mention it to your boyfriend/girlfriend you know they will most likely get upset and a little jealous.
