A movie presentation for my polish fiancee

hello there i would just like to ask if somebody can give me an idea of very nice polish love song? am making a movie presentation for our 2 yrs anniversary and i would like to put a nice polish love song on it.. can any one help me? and if dont mind,where can i download it? any website? i would really appreciate if someone help me.. thanks in advance! have a happy day!

Pobably yes, but Poland doesn't seem to have the same huge music scene as the UK,

to you it doesn't seem cause they don't sing in English and are not known in the world unlike for example swedish groups like roxette, abba etc...
