My polish ex threatens to commit suicide after separation

I had a recent change of a polish girlfriend to another and the former told me that life has no meaning and she is thinking of commiting suicide cause I was not serious with her. The thought that sth like this might happen fills me with guilt and I don't know how to handle the situation. Do polish women often exaggerate?If they threaten with suicide,they also commit it?(I don't want to end another Casanova with girls dying for me).

It is true.I am in abyss.She writes me life is not worth living if I cannot find love and so on. I think she took things too seriously.She pressed me for common living and marriage and when I denied she turned to suicidal thoughts.
