How to send flowers to Poland from the UK?

Hi all....
first all i want to say brillaint forum! ive been looking at for a while now but never signed up, but i need some help....

im from UK and im wanting to send flowers and card or something like that for valentines day for my beautiful girl in Nowa Sol....
Any good florists that anybody knows about?
