Christmas Eve - Polish Dinner name?

I am aware I am new to these forums, and do not want to do anything not permitted.

I am American, and prone to forget my heritate due to lack of interest from my parents' generation. However, I was wondering if anyone could spell the traditional Polish Chrismas Eve dinner name? It begins with the breaking of the opłatek. My parents have only ever pronounced it, but do not know how to spell it. They have pronounded the dinner as such Vuh-lee-yuh. Given the Polish sounds of V's appearing as W's, I have no idea how to properly spell the twelve-course dinner usually containing unseasoned fishes and such. If anyone knows how to properly spell it, I will thank you since that's pretty much all one can do in forums.
