A friends wedding - help with Polish salutation

My Polish friend (Magda) is getting married soon and I was hoping somebody could provide me with a genuinely nice Polish salutation that I can write in her and her htb's card. Also, are there any stationers supplying traditional Polish wedding cards here in the UK?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
