Hej Soko造 - Ukrainian version?

Hej Soko造 is a traditional Polish song that was popular among soldiers during the Polish-Soviet War. The title translates roughly as "hey falcons." The lyrics are about a Ukrainian girl to whom her Polish boyfriend says goodbye for the last time.

my question whether the Ukrainian version is existing?

Oh dear, I used to sing this song to the kids I was looking after as an au pair. Although they were English, they were able to follow words after a few times and absolutely loved it.

the author is Tymko Padura (Tomasz Padurra)... it's 19th century...

I've alo been looking for the traditional Polish version of this song, both the instrumental version and the lyrical version. Could someone be kind enough to send it to me? Of course, the more "dramatic" the music, also the better. :-)
