Got it, racist Polonophobe?

So what's your country and nationality? Afraid to divulge your sweet secret?

He doesnt even live here?!?! Ahahaha...oh boy. There is more evidence to my theory that the mouthiest uber nationalists are usually expats not even experiencing daily life here.

I can call someone an elephant but it doesn't mean they are....so your labels are just that....YOUR labels.

Do you REALLY think you can bait me into giving you the answers you want with 3rd grade tactics like that?

Hehe...barrel o'laughs I tell ya!

Puzzler, you are not even living in Poland, so your experiance about Polish-Ukrainin relationship at present is, I would say very limited and your negative attitude is not adding anything constructive. Besides, with such views as yours, nobody takes you seriously. Just so you know:)

-On the contrary, I am in close touch with the subject in queston and I know what many Poles - the majority, not brainwashed by Mr Mchnik and his lot - think about 'Polish- Ukrainian relations.' I actually live in Poland a large chunk of the year. Do you suggest that if somebody doesn't live in Poland he isn't qualified to speak on Polish topics? If so, you're such a person - you live in Canada.

If you don't acknowledge, if you ignore and falsify your own history, you invite the worst calamities to befall you. It's better to die than live in such an idiotic state of mind, being kicked around by those who never forget their own history and take advantage of those who do. Got it, silly boy?

you are not ... read Polish forums related to articles about Ukraine and work for them ... speak to Poles and ask what kind of imigrants they prefere.

I know that some people would like to see Poland as alone "super power" fighting against all hostile neighbours ... It is better to argue when it is needed and do business when it is possible.

- Why are you so afraid to say what country you are from and what your nationality is? What a coward you are. A racist and coward; these two are often closely linked.

Hehe, I think you are afraid to give the name of your country because there's lots of racism going on there, also against Poles.

Yeah and you think a lot of other dumb stuff too....so I don't really give it any value.

I am not going to say because you want to know so bad :))))

Plus if you were half as bright as you think you are you wouldn't need to ask.

And lastly...what if there IS racism in my country....I do not support it, actively fight against it and do not deny it when others bring it up...something you are not capable of doing as it admits to a fallibility in your native land.

Your theories are cute though...keep trying :)

They think that they wish Puzzler would stop speaking for them as it is embarrassing and makes them look like dolts.

- Why am I not? What untrue stuff have I said? The fact that some Poles prefer Ukranians to other immigrants doesn't mean scores of Poles have forgotten the Wolyn massacres and do not care about the crazy things going on in Ukraine, such as the UPA cult. It's you, pal, who are ignorant about these things.

- They don't have to desire it were so; it's a fact we are surrounded by unfriendly countries and no hiding-head-in-sand tactics will change it. The shocking evidence of it will come up soon, when the Germans will start claiming back our Recovered Territories and the Ukrainians and others will back them up, and present their own blown-up claims. You're a Gazeta Wyborcza fan, aren't you, naive baby-Lukaszku?

- They are against it.

Come on, we can talk about it in a separate thread.

- Who thinks so? So Puzzler speaks for somebody? Who? Why is it embarassing and makes them look like dolts?

And another question: Why are you such a crazy Polonophobe? Is it genetic? I mean have your mother and father passed this vicious stuff on you? Who are they? Nazis? Why are you so afraid to mention your native country and your nationality? What is so shameful about them?

sigh.... why can't we just all get along... (as the yankies say..)...

Most people including myself hate to be criticized and to have my weaknesses and faults pointed out. But I must admit, it take a great personality to admit their weakness and try to improve. Indeed there is not country in the world where you do not find racists, ethnicists or whatever... The only thing is that in Poland as soon as you leave the big cities (and even in the big cities), as a non-white person you need to always watch your back. Not just Poland, also all the former Eastern block countries including Russia.

Seems something about being under the Soviets. I suppose they produced societies struggling to adjust to capitalism and as a result loads of maladjusted youth who see no hope in life and feel very frustrated and humiliated. They sorts lash out at foreigners.. They live in wretched neighbourhoods, in wretched accomodation with wretched jobs so all they have to hang on their chest with pride is that they are white and therefore superior and justified in attacking non-whites. I suppose it was the same general mood in prewar Germany that lead to lots of unemployed Germans with similar wretched circumstances (after WWI) to create the Uber Alles fantasy...

Add to that sometimes educated and intelligent people are being forced by the economic realities to do often demeaning and underpaid jobs abroad striping them from personal pride that comes with individual achievements in life.
My hope is one day when the standard of living and the economy get better, maybe then things shall change?

Yeah I noticed the level of nationalism is similar to the one in former Yugoslavia after the fall of communism. Thank God Poland is a country without national or religious minorities. Who knows what would have happened then.

i have heard alot of people discussing racism in poland and should i live there with my husband or wife, what is it like to visit, how are the people, how do they treat you etc etc etc........... i have a white polish girfriend and i am brown ( person of colour ) .... if you want to split hairs, from my skin colour i am indian or paki or a terrorist it depends how you feel at the time... i have come to a conclusion ..... **** what people say to you. if they want to kick your head in ...just walk away... if they persist... pick up the nearest thing you can find and use it.......what im trying to say is i dont care what people think i am .. i know what i am and that i want to visit poland ... i have met a lot of polish people in a short time . 3 years ago i never met any. . now that i have met some polish people
i conclude a majority of them are decent and hard working and yes some may even be racist ( not met any yet). the first time i met a polish person it did not make me want to kick him in or call him names but it made me want to help him and make him feel comfortable in our country, so if i feel like this from a person who i have never met ever it makes me realise that there is many other people like me out there . . . . and i know there are some in poland . . . . . so as we say in my laungauage . . . . . . . laters people send me a message if you want . . .

I am black married to a Polish national. I have been there 3 times now for a total of a little under 3 months, i'm going back in May. I have never experienced any violence in Poland. I usually stay near Poznan and I frequently travel to Bydgoszcz. I do get a ton of stares and an occational person calling me Tupac :)....everyone stares though. I still like it there.

There must be plenty of people who only ever see a black man with his voice being spoken over by a lektor.
Oh! Or people like Tupac (not that he visited Poland very often).

I live in the Melting Pot of the world. So it is so weird for me to see people stare this way. I even had an 11 month old baby eyes locked on me with an astonished look.
