Has aynone on PF ever heard of or played ringo? This sport, which combines elements of volleyball, frisbee and quoits, was invented by the late Polish journalist Włodzimierz Strzyżewski. It is played in more thna a dozen different countries' am,teur leagues and school systems. Its main advantage is that it is a brilliant fitness-improver that costs next to nothing and can be played most anywhere, indoors or out. It can be played 1 on 1, 2 on 2, 3 on 3 or with larger teams.

am a kenyan i have played ringo twice n bagged a silver n bronze medal....Its a fantastic sport.
