Activities in Wrocław

Hi everyone. I'm planning on visiting Wrocław soon so does anyone have any suggestions for stuff to do there? I'm pretty clued-up on all the sightseeing & museums so i'm really looking for more sporty activities or stuff that would be hard to do elsewhere. A guy from Wrocław recommended me the "Adrenaline" sports centre a while back but, when I googled it, it was somewhere near Łódż. Maybe someone can shed some light on that too? Is there a 2nd centre closer than Łódż? Much obliged, BOTN :)

My friend who lives in Wroclaw recommended this clip to me once. Maybe you will want to check it out. mav: Maybe you will want to check it out. What the clip or the show it only happens once a year its not like they show it every day. the zoo is fairly close to the river.

Drinking is a good activity. Is the Irish bar still there?

It's quite pricey but Irish bars tend to be, wherever you go. It's good to know you can get Guinness on tap :) I like the Cuban restaurant at the other side of the rynek (just off the rynek)

Just off Rynek, Guiness bar, 5zl for a Zywiec! Bargin oww plus the yellow topped Guiness!! Don't drink the Guiness!!!!!

If the Guinness is off tap, there's always Kilkenny's. That's one thing that's the same as back home, overpriced bottles :( I loved Molly Malones, does the Irish bar do food? It was pretty small if I remember but enough space for a decent kitchen.

mav: Do the search for Continental Hall in Wroclaw Centennial Hall. but most locals won't react to this name. most locals are aware of Hala Stulecia everyone knows of the Hala Ludowa They are all the same place. And so far as I'm concerned... it's still Hala Ludowa.

Looking at churches and the architecture in general is what I remember from my first trip to Wrocław back in Dec 2004. It really is like a mini-Prague if you find the right areas.
