Where is the best place to sell GBP in Warsaw? I mean on the airport or your hotel? Or maybe somewhere in the city?

you will always get the best option outside the airport , ive found so try a shopping mall that would be my suggestion

The shopping malls are generally OK. The best bet is probably a couple of the places in the railway station. Walk around and compare the rates at each of them - one is usually cheaper than the rest.

i would definitely suggest airports, because you still have to pay more for a pound and you still get more for it too. at least it usually happened when i was exchanging money.

What??? Airports are usually the worst places. I've been changing PLN to GBP (and vice versa) for over ten years and never seen a good deal at any Polish (or UK) airport.

Really? Times certainly have changed, those places used to have the worst rates outside of major hotels (bad rates) and airports (terrible rates).

Personally I like Konti on Jana Pawla (near the corner with Solidarnosci). A decent choice is either of the two kantors in the underground circle underneath the junction of Jerozolimskie and Marszalkowska.

small private Kantors outside of Hotels and airports, dont forget to barter, theyll always do a deal it goes without saying the more cash you have the better exchange rate youll get.

If you mean those kantors lurking in the shadows outside hotel doorways, whispering at passers-by, they're long gone, at least in Warsaw.

If you mean the small kantors' offices in the street, they're aimed at tourists and give a much worse deal than the ones in the station complex or in shopping centres.
