bieszczady or mazury...most of the beaches on the coast are too crowded unless you find a stretch on the Hel peninsula

Are you looking for beaches, lakes, rural country or mountains?

You can go where randompal suggests or Chlopy which isn't so crowded (like Mielno-Kolobrzeg) or a small town in the mountains called Boleslawow. Not much there at all, but the B&B is nice and it's peaceful.

Remember, if you: "I like to hunt and play with pets" You need a licence. Otherwise You can have a problem arriving with your bazooka in Poland

This question doesn't make sense if you don't provide more information about your preferences and tastes.

Ustron and Wisła, in the south of Poland, are good bets. Ustron is a little pricey. Wisła has some great large huts with some nice rooms. I stayed in one some time back which was on the border with the Czech Republic. Worth checking out.

In my village of course, in the Carpathian foothills! There is no other place like it in Poland. :-)

I've only got recent Winter photos, if that will do. If you conduct a search on these forums, you should be able to locate some of the photos which I have posted since the time I have joined.

When someone seeks a place to 'rest', I define that as being a place which is quiet, uncrowded, full of nature, clean air, clean water, and full of privacy. Of course, most villages and spas in Poland will fit these descriptions very easily.

I'm only boasting my village because I live here. Is my view being slanted? Yes!
