My 27 year old cousin is visiting us this weekend. She has been to the obvious places like the uprising museum. Where can I take her that would be fun? She has had a tough time with her job and other stresses back home and needs to have a good time this weekend. Any suggestions?

Just warsaw?
Here's a few places that come to mind ATM:

Royal Castle
Palace of Culture and Science
Krakowskie Przedmiescie
Stare Miasto (Old Town)
Historical Museum
Lazienki Park
Wilanow Palace
Warsaw Rising Museum

All depends on what your cousin is interested in...

She has done all of the tourist things. I am hoping to find something fun, even silly.

Vodka factory tour. And then off to Sense to try their test-tube racks of vodka!

even silly.

Silly yes. Why not make a competition? Walk down Krakowskie Przedmieście to Stare Miasto and see who can throw eggs on most tourists.

Let her win of course.
