Krakow/Olesno to Wroclaw - how far is it?

I'm planning on going to Poland this summer to track down my ancestry (Grand Parents were from Galicia). I'd like to do a day in Wroclaw for my Grand Father & a day outside Olesno (will probably fly into Krakow) for my Grand Mother. Can anyone advise on what kind of drive I'd be looking at coming out of Krakow?? Is htit feasible to commute out of Krakow, or would I be beter off staying local?

I just returend from Olesno and found my grandfathers grave and many leads to other relatives' there is a Museum of Olesno and the mail address of Cichon Ewa the manager is
ewcich@interia.pl
