1st impressions of poland - Borat on billboards

I came here and saws billboards with Borat in his crazy swimsuit and I thought what kind of country is this? I had no idea who the guy was...

True - and the jokes and the mankini are getting a bit tired now... but he does remind me of some Central Asian Journos that I used to work with :D

Years and years ago, the Borat character did a brilliant send up of some etiquette school in Chelsea.... bloody hilarious.

But the character was dead by the time that the American film came out.

if its any relevance i saw on a huge hoarding attached to a bank frontage in Opole John Cleese advertisement for the same bank :)

Hopefully you realise you actually posted two pictures of exactly the same stretch of road with the same ads visible from different angles?
