Train journey Ostrava

Hi can anyone help me out here please. Wroclaw - Ostrava / Ostrava - Wroclaw. Is there a regular service running between these to cities ? If so how often, frequency of journey and approximate cost. Any help appreciated, thanks.

Mark Here is the link to a PKP timetable in English. Don't think it will give you fares though. As far as I can remember there is no direct service between the two cities and it was a 5 or 6 hour journey from memory. http://www.polrail.com/sections/travel/timetable.html
