Trying to find accommodation in Wroclaw 16 July - 20 July 09

Hi, anything special going on over this period.??? I'm trying online to book into a hotel but all is full up. I know it's a bit late in the day but there is nothing free.

To anyone who lives or knows Wroclaw. Is it reasonable / possible to arrive without accomadation and find somwhere local ie a smaller bed and breakfast who prehaps do not advertise on the internet but rely on passing by / loacal trade ? thanks
